Cancellation and Deposit Policy
 

At Great 303 Productions, we strive to provide flexibility and clarity in our booking process. A deposit is required to secure your event date. Please review our policies regarding deposits and refunds below.

Deposits: A deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit guarantees your date and time, allowing us to prepare thoroughly for your event.

Payment Methods:  We use Square’s online deposit system to securely take deposits online or through email, ensuring your financial information is protected by their trusted security measures.

Refund Policy:

  • Within 48 Hours of Booking: If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of making it, the full deposit, minus a 5% processing fee, will be refunded.
  • After 48 Hours: For cancellations made after 48 hours, the deposit will be returned on a prorated basis, minus a 5% processing fee, based on the time elapsed between the booking date and the event date. The closer the cancellation is to the event date, the smaller the refund amount. The full deposit amount can be applied to the rescheduled event if it is within one year of the original date

Rescheduling:

We understand that sometimes a date change is necessary. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new date, depending on availability.

Exceptions:

In the unlikely event that Great 303 Productions needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund, including the deposit, or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
